Owning end-to-end production of Discord's most ambitious GDC presence to date, I produced a $650K experiential build rooted in Space Age retro-futurism that translated four key B2B product pillars into interactive, conceptually-driven moments for developers and advertisers. This marked several Discord firsts: our first reusable booth build, first themed meeting rooms, and first digital events campaign, with fabrication partner Czarnowski's creative arm Public School handling booth construction, hosted hospitality, and a Splash That-powered hype campaign leading up to the show. In parallel, Thinking Box's design studio, The Heist, crafted a bespoke brand identity and over 70 digital assets powering every screen in the booth. Managing both agencies alongside an internal team of five creatives, I produced robust parallel timelines across a 3-month sprint to bring it all across the finish line.
